The High School & University course is a unique two-year course which provides learners with a firm understanding of Islam to prepare them for the inevitable intellectual challenges they will face in life and inspire them to grow into becoming the movers and shakers of the Ummah.
These two years promises to be inspiring, uplifting and motivating
Monday - Thursday (16:00 - 17:00)
When Asr Salah falls within this period then lessons will continue until 17:15
Quran Tafsir
The Quran is indeed a treasure trove of guidance, inspiration and life lessons.
Furthermore, the content of the Quran is suited to every era and at every stage of our lives.
Thus, we wish to present a detailed Tafsir of selected Surahs (chapters) and draw lessons therein which would drive a 21st century youngster to action.
Self Growth
In order to play a part in the spiritual, mental and psychological growth of the participants we will be having special self-growth sessions.
These will include discussion sessions, self-reading, guest appearances and dedicated sessions with life coaches.
Quranic Recitation
Our fortunate is the youth who enters adulthood proficient in Quranic recitation. By this most learners who attended madrasah would enjoy a decent level of fluency. We wish to enhance this collectively completing a full Khatm of Quran, with one of our accomplished Qaris.
In addition to the collective recitation there will be a revision of the Tajwid rules
Beliefs
In an environment where we are bombarded with information and presented with many ideologies and thoughts, it is imperative to provide a strong foundation in terms of Islamic beliefs!
In this course we wish to achieve exactly by provide the Islamic stances and solutions to the modern day challenges
Various modules
The lessons learnt and the habits formed in the teens may remain ingrained and form part of the adult to be. Thus, various short courses will be offered within the two years. They include Marriage, Finance, Shamail & Dawah.
Quranic Translation
The translation, together with a brief explanation, of the portion recited for day will be provided.
So, by the end of the course each participant would have recited the entire Quran and be treated to an explanation of every single verse in Quran. Wow!
Arabic
The language of Rasulullah (S.A.W.) and the language of Paradise.
There is indeed great virtue in studying Arabic, being able to converse in the language and managing to excess Arabic text.
By the end of this course you will have the tools to access classical Arabic Texts
Islamic History
In the two years we wish to give a brief overview of our Islamic history; from the birth of Rasulullah (S.A.W.) until this day.
Although brief, it is meant to give insight into the rise and fall of empires
One-on-one Quran lessons
We are also prepared to offer individual Quran lesson for those learners who feel that they are unable to join the class in the collective recitation.
